Shipping & Returns

ORDER TRACKING:

If a tracking number is proved by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

BACK ORDERS:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.You can use this widget to input text into the page.

RETURNS:

For all returns, please contact us at customerservice@theoffroadgroup.com.

Your item must be in original unused condition to be returned. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of your item being delivered. All returns are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee. Restocking fees vary from brand to brand.

NOTE: Items that are custom powder coated or made to order cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order is processed, the sale is final. If an order needs to be cancelled for whatever reason, the order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If you make a mistake when ordering, you can contact us at customerservice@theoffroadgroup.com. If an item has been shipped, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back.
