14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all included hardware.

How to start a return

Email customerservice@theoffroadgroup.com or call 541-844-8834 with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Custom, special-order, and installed items may not be eligible for return. Warranty issues are handled separately — see our Warranty page.
